Here is the link to the latest SEC report for Reg Technologies. Scroll down to page 23. The Watchtower is no longer listed as an owner. Instead, they list it under Rand Cam Engine Corp. What a sneaky way to get out of this one.

Devon, please educate me on how the first put the WTS in a bad light and how this changes that? I have no idea.

I have read it through and can see no mention of JWs or the WTS . They said at the time that they had been "Erroneously listed as a stockholder".
So unless someone can come up with some hard information about the disposal of shares, I guess we are through with this issue.

Share disposal is extremely easy....Are you aking us to forget the FACT of their past ownership?
I'ts all over the internet now, so of course they HAD to "fix it". So now they can start denying they owned those shares for 16 years!
