    REGI U S filed their latest 10- KSB declaration on Aug/15/2003. After 16 years, the section of BENEFICIAL OWNERS (page 21) has been modified to exclude the Watchtower as beneficial owner:

    Note the wording on note nbr. (6): "Rand Cam Engine Corp. is a privately held company whose stock is controlled by James McCann and minor interest by several other shareholders."

    Unlike stated in previous SEC filings in which McCann, Rand Energy Group Inc, and the Watchtower collectively owned 44.94% of REGI’s shares, Mr. McCann now "controls" the shares previously owned by the Watchtower -or as written- "by other shareholders."

    Whether the WT’s shares were sold or disguised, this latest SEC filing will likely be used by the Watchtower for denial and to re-write their own history.

    As I have posted in Devon Mcbrides thread, The WT always claimed that their being named was "Erroneous" and would be changed.

    Can anyone now demonstrate that they were in the wrong?

    Share disposal is extremely easy....Are you aking us to forget the FACT of their past ownership?

    I'ts all over the internet now, so of course they HAD to "fix it". So now they can start denying they owned those shares for 16 years!

    I guess the questions in my mind arise.

    Isn't the WT the communication-channel with GOD? If they have His Spirit then how come this Spirit never told them they had shares?
    Even the Holy Spirit couldn't tell them they had shares.It took an "apostate" to tell them. Yeah right and I'm supposed to believe all this crap they feed me? They knew about the shares, they just didn't think they were gonna get caught. Same as with the UN. They knew.
    They just didn't think technology was gonna catch up with them. When they got caught they thanked a "worldly" person for pointing this out to them. Right????? Yeah go tell these little fairytales to your flock you (__|__) s.

    Too bad the flock eats it all up. I personally am never forgetting they had shares. I lost a good job because I listened to their crap. They told me not to have anything to do with the military. So I quit my job because I was making F 16 parts. In the meantime they had shares affiliated with the Military while telling me I should have nothing to do with it. This is ultimately hippocritical.
    Forget????? NEVER.

    You must be really feeble-minded to believe that only after 16 years you find out you have shares, while every year there's a statement showing you. Then the fact that they claim to have God's Spirit. All I can do is just nod my head in disbelief. How can they get away with this, I ask?
