My last cong has an elder who interrupts but going "hmm".. "yeah".. "hmm" like he is checking off the persons answer to anyone who comments during the wt and frequently making silly (he thinks) funny comments on the comment. It was rude and disrespectful.
I was so often tempted to say as I answered the wt part but a better sense prevented me this line.
"Sorry to speak while you are interrupting me".
