Finally, Mr. Baird directed the Board to page 2 of the Board’s report which is a copy of a letter from Jehovah Kingdom Hall Centre which states that they did not realize that the change in the zoning would affect their ability to earn revenue from the sign, and this sign has been in place since 1997. As the property owner, they are in full support of the development permit application.
I guess so.
