  Does anyone out there have a good set of raw data re WT statistics. Just started reading Ray's book and believe some of the maths behind his calculations regarding people leaving the org are flawed, not that the reasoning is flawed, just an error in the method.

  I would like to re run the calculation. Also I'm a bit of a stat junky and would like to look at the real trends. A spreadsheet format would be good and I promise to share the findings with you.

  Otherwise I am going to have to make some excuse to visit my parents, spycam their vast collection of old yearbooks and type it all in by hand. This would lead to akward questions if caught as to my motives, an obvious son of satan can have no good cause for gathering such information. <g>.

  izo, that's a great spreadsheet! A couple of questions:

  1) How did you post that? I've got an Excel s/s with a lot of the same info, but never could figure out how to post it.

  2) If I sent you mine, is there a way we can merge the 2? You have some stuff I don't have, and v.v.

  Hey onanism...while in Excel or whatever program you use, just click Edit, then Select All, or hilight what you want to paste from your spreadsheet, then copy...then all you gotta do is paste it into a post using the Clipboard icon...viola!

  Just highlight all the columsn, right click and then click COPY. Then using Internet Explorer post the info here by cicking on the PASTE icon u see.

  Craig, it is not as easy as they make it sound. I have messed up tables HORRIBLY by indiscriminately copying and pasting.
