This is important. WIFI- I hope Irwin Zalkin the attorney in the Campos case in San Diego , California has a copy of this WT Society letter to the elders to PROVE that communication WAS sent to elders in 2002 to do mandatory reporting- yet in the state of Massachusetts through the years this was NOT done by WT appointed elders I would venture to say. As well as other states that require mandatory reporting   P.S. Edited to add - WIFIBANDIT - Is there anyway you can send this PDF to Zalkin's law firm TODAY ? As tomorrow Friday they are having this San Diego court appearance to re-try the WT Society for it's negligence in following court orders to supply any child abuse information ? I bet Zalkin could use this info appropriately.

Did the State of Massachusets use the qualifier "credible" when referring to allegations, or did the State say to report all allegations? What is a "credible" allegation, one that does not involve a prominent Elder?

So as early as 2002, any JW pedophile could "confess" to an Elder, although JWism has no Clergy/Penitent relationship wherein sins are forgiven, and the Elders did not have to report the crime of abuse?

If the WTBTS says that Elders should obey the laws of mandatory reporting, that must mean that such laws do not conflict with God's laws. Otherwise, the WTBTS could never comply under any circumstances.

If they can obey the Law of mandatory reporting, why not follow the principle, before its Law? If they agree with the Law and principle behind mandatory reporting, why spend dedicated funds to fight mandatory reporting in the State of Delaware?

I don't know enough about the Discovery process in California cases. I wouldn't want to send them something and hurt their chances of being able to use it.

I am willing to email it to who ever wants it! I just don't know if Zalkin Law is requesting documents.
