My friend is trying to be reinstated his she feels her committee is biased can she have them removed she just wants to talk to her still in family

Sorry, that would have been a matter for an appeal. Now its done and the friend must go through the hoops like everyone else. If they want to avoid the bias they may move so they are in another congregation. Even though the decision to reinstate will be with the original committee they often defer to the new congregation. So that's about all I can say. They could always keep going where they are but if there is bias they might as well go unicorn hunting, same possibility of success. -

Wasanelder is right. Can your friend not go and visit her family and appeal to their hearts? Tell them she loves them and misses them? It will be difficult of course and will take a lot of strength to face likely and continued rejection but frankly elders need to be ignored. They have no business interfering in family relationships and should just be cut out of the equation.
