Despite this they have not stopped the liquidation of Russian branch. Personnel will be relocated in Finland and administration will be covered from Poland.

The expensive price of the local lawyers has not stopped the current situation of JW in Russia.
The recent letter specifying all Russian JW about how to "preach" now there is amazing. Please continue to spread the word only with the Bible and please do not link this with an organised activity if you are summoned by officials....
REally? 50 million? That is steep even in the US for lawyers unless it goes on for like a decade and involves BILLIONS of dollars and class actions and crap.

The WT's court cases in Russia have been going on for decades
$US50 million. Money must just be filtering through there hands. No wonder they are selling things off left right and center.
