ELDERS---Train Others to Carry the Load.

  In Congregations worldwide there is an urgent need for men who can serve in positions of oversight.

  There are three main reasons for this development.

  First,Jehovah is fulfilling his promise to make the small one a mighty nation. ( Wrong,there is no mighty nation,what constitutes a mighty nation,it certainly is not addittional baptisms.)

  Second,some who have served ( slaved ) as Elders for decades have been forced by advancing age or health problems to reduce the workload ( do more,do more,do more.) they are carrying in the Congregation. ( Wrong again. The best of the Elders see the Society for what it really is.

  Advancing age! We are not suppose to advance to old age,we were supposed to be in the new system where advancing age is supposed to be reversed and health problems ( some caused by the Society ) were to be no problem.

  Third,in some cases they have had to achieve balance by relinquishing at least some of their responsibilities in their local Congregations. ( because they slaved on certain committees,Hospital Lliaison,Regional Building or Assembly Halls,etc.)

  So,how can this pressing need for more ( slaves ) additional qualified men be met?

  Training is the key. ( deception, do more ,do more,do more.Let's sap the strength out of more young ones,as many of them we can get,and reward them by labeling them "ELDERS" who can then train still other slaves to do our bidding.

  So there is not only a decline in youth but also in experience in the org....

  Can they fight on both fronts? Will be a challenge, that's for certain!

  What this means is that they can only fill these positions with young and inexperienced men with major egos. The only people who will be interested in such burdensome positions with no pay are people willing to be paid in ego. I'm assuming that the new elders will receive lots of commendation and patting on the back for "progressing" so rapidly in to tooth. Not to mention the thrill of being seen as a "glorious one".

  I have seen this before, not only in the KH, but at a bank I once worked for. Most people don't realize this, but bank pay SUCKS. Banks have so much money because they don't pay their employees squat. Instead of monetary compensation, banks pay in ego with titles. AVP, VP, SVP, EVP, Director, "Special" this or that, "Assistant" this or that, "Senior" this or that.... this is also why so many bankers are so cocky... they have serious egos.

  So true, and the Borg holds out "greater priviliges of service", ie.promotions, as the reward for doing more.
