Their official Web Site says that National Television Stations and Radio Stations in Africa were happy to broadcast the Memorial and even other Talks!!!
Great. Like the Concentration Camps, it seems Corona Virus is boosting not reducing the Jehovahs' msg?

Of course they would say that without providing any verifiable proof of such a claim.
And the gullible will believe it no doubt trusting in men .Ps.146:3

Yeah they bought airtime on at least one tv station (in a country that has only one tv station and where other religions regularly buy airtime too).
Saying 'in Africa' is technically correct but it's a bit silly to make a claim about a whole continent if you're really talking about 1 or maybe 2 countries.
Anyway, every tv station is happily selling airtime to whomever is willing to pay. Doesn't mean those buying the airtime are awesome or divinely guided or anything....

We are talking here about places like Zimbabwe, one of the basket cases of an African nation. One person in 309 (I think it is) claims to be a JW... it used to be a lot higher when I was too.
The connection is clear: rotten and corrupt government makes for a depressed population, depressed population lacking leadership and hope means that the false JW offer of everlasting life in paradise, in the minds of the desperate, resembles a genuine ticket to escape.
The TV stations will take anyone's money.

JWs thrive on bad times. Whether it's the religious persecution in Russia (which is hitting EVERY denomination, not just JWs), war, natural disasters, etc. JWs need it because it fits their narrative. They've even come out and said that some of the most 'spiritualy dangerous' times were when things were better, for instance JWs who stayed 'faithful' through persecution took it easy when things became prosperous.
