1. You commit the crime--you must do the time.
2. Those aren't your fingerprints on the murder weapon--you're exonerated.
JUSTICE = You break it--you buy it.
The individual gets what is deserved and does not get what they don't deserve.

INDIVIDUAL identity/responsibility disappears when GROUP identity appears.

Sunni vs Shiites
Muslim vs Hindu
Irish vs British
Cowboys vs Indians
Blacks vs Whites

Justice is corrupted when Group is substituted
Tribalism, Nationalism, Group Thinking leads to
the Fallacy of Category Error.
"The Jews killed Jesus."
"The only good Indian is a dead Indian."

We have choices.
Justice or Social Justice?
Justice looks at individuals.
Social Justice looks at Groups.
Which world do you wish to live in?
"You broke it--you pay for it"
or
"All White People are oppressors."

Do you see individuals or do you think : categories of groups?

Disastrous decisions are made when decisions occur largely because of group-think, which prevented contradictory views from being expressed and subsequently evaluated.
