question and/or criticize?"Well, if that is the only defining question, than noone but, my son controls alot of my time. I suppose I should question my father more eh? He defines alot of what I am as a person today. I hate to admit that but it's true. I'm just as critical and demanding as he was. However, I'm not abusive like he was. Yay me! Step one in the social evolution of my family.....
We live in a free society and we are allowed to criticize our "leaders" but only to a certain degree. Members of the free press have been pulled out because they were too critical of our President. I wouldn't be surprised if this happened during all Presidencies. I don't trust any of them. I don't trust the propaganda we are fed via the news either.

Actually, the opposite is true. The mainstream media controls who is or remains President. Just look at Richard Nixon ... the media hated his guts, so when they got dirt on him ... he was the first and only President to be forced to resign ... true Nixon was guilty as charged, but what he did pales in comparison to what other Presidents have done ... the media gets dirt on ALL politicians ... normally, they simply wait until election times to hurt a sitting President ... this way it looks like the people made the choice through voting ...
... just look at the current Governor race in California ... Arnold is being smeared because his daddy was a Nazi ... but John Kennedy's daddy was a Nazi sympathizer ... so bad in fact that Roosevelt had to pull Joe Kennedy, Sr. out of his Ambassadorship ... yet, the media never uses that connection ... they just keep a lid on what they want to conceal ... also Cruz Bustamonte, the Lt. Gove of California is a member of a Mexican racist organization (at least he refuses to denounce it) ... and the mainstream media is not saying as much as they could ... although Fox News is forcing it out on to the table ...
My point is ... anytime the media wants to ... they simply pull out the files, dust them off, and away goes the President or whatever politician they don't like ... into the dust-bin of history ... I say its high time we boot the media and get some really free press! Jim W.
