i'm not sure about how many ex-jw's there are... but here is a link to all sorts of interesting statistics about jw's...check it out, it's pretty cool...includes statistics about how many hours it takes to convert your average bible study, etc... :P

Hi nelly
If you take the WTS pub stats for the last 50 years, compare annual baptisms and peak pubs, it comes out to about 2 million "official" exJWs...about 0.75 million DFd and 1.25 million others once active but now gone.
If you compare Memorial attendance, and include unbaptized uncounted pubs, the number could well be closer to 10 million 'exJWs' in the sense of knowing enough to get out before they got in too deep.

edit to add: And like tink said...in 1951 it was 995 hours per baptism; in 1999 it was 3,539...the end is very close LOL
