Hi there, was just wondering if there has been any news yet on Vicki's case, what with the judgement still pending regarding costs.

Judge is working on Her last decision dealing with the legal cost issue as I type. Other than that no news on the determination of what legal costs, if any will be awarded.
No doubt Vicki or I will keep you informed.
Once her honour rules on the legal costs issue it will be a question for both sides if they want to keep on going with their appeals.

Yes, I remember the Judge postponed the decision but I couldn't remember the date ... isn't it near the middle of this month (Sept) ?
