I'm sure many of you are familiar with the poet/writer: Robert Browning.
OK, that's nice, but that's not what this thread is entirely about.
They're a band from Norway, and were signed to Virgin Records back in the 1980s.
I discovered them, while I lived in Southeast Asia (Philippines).
It's interesting, yet not surprising how we relate songs/music to a place we either lived or visited.
This band: Fra Lippo Lippi - simply enamoured me.
To this day, I'm still turned to jelly by some of their music.
Anyone here familiar with them?
Some of their better known songs: Shouldn't Have To Be Like That, Angel, Light and Shade, Everytime I See You (my favourite), Tall Trees Bend - to name a few.
