I received my Greg Stafford vs. Rob Bowman debate DVD today -- "Is Jesus God?" -- and let me tell you, Greg kicks some serious trinitarian butt! Also included is an interview with Greg where he talks about his relationship with JWs and the Watchtower Society. If this was an Amazon.com review I'd say BUY IT NOW! NOW!!!

    What are "boobies"?

setfree, it's video. Some parts are kinda silly, like showing the audience members in deep thought, or focusing on the sign language interpretors a little too long. Greg is also a lot cuter than I had thought.

Um... look it up in a dictionary.

In all seriousness... I haven't heard or read the debate, only some excerpts. From what I saw, it seems that Greg got himself into trouble because of the way the debate thesis was stated, namely: "Is Jesus God?" Greg had to admit that he is. I guess that's why Greg's next debate is entitled: "Is Jesus God or a god?"

I got to listen to the interview with Greg, which follows the debate on Elihu's version of the DVD. For those who've followed Greg's journey from WT defender to critic, it's definitely some worthwhile background info, although Greg takes 30 minutes to say what he could have easily said in 5.

And although I don't find guys cute, I do have to say that he was much younger than I expected.
