Spotted this question on another site.
My first thought was "please don't give the local elders another excuse to badger those leaving." Mind you we haven't signed non-disclosure agreements like this person did.

as most jw are at the bottom of the earnings scale they could sue all they like and get nought but a load of bad publicity. ... and what was that about not taking your brother to court,..?
They wouldn't because that would easily identify them as a secret society and another identifier as being a cult, all in writing.
It would also scare off newbies.
It seems to me it would be difficult to enforce an NDA when you're largest activity is spreading "the message."

The reason for suing is aften to intimidate people. Sound familiar?
