Letter 1: all circuit assemblies cancelled until end of May. Also visit of HQ representative cancelled.

Letter 2: if possible, coming together for meetings is best. If not possible, wise or allowed, use Skype or Zoom to have local meetings, or meet in small groups. JW stream is to be used as a last resort only. (This is the same letter as the English one that leaked recently)

I will have to find another hosting site that will just let you click and see the document. It has to be one that is "free" and no registration required.
