Does anyone know how or where I might find a copy of the transcript of the Court case in Scotland of 1954, where Fred Franz and a few others made some rather outrageous claims?

If I'm not mistaken, I think it's available in "Apocalypse Delayed" by Jim Penton
I'm sure I've seen it online as well but I don't have it to hand.

Witness, Inc. used to sell the Douglas Walsh Trial transcript, which is what you're looking for, Damien. I don't know why they don't seem to sell it anymore, but you can certainly contact them and ask.
