Mark Sanderson's fake and vivid imagination experience starts at the 1 minute 30 second mark:

Goes out with local brothers and sisters in door to door service

A car with tinted windows stops near the field service group with Mark Sanderson

The brothers get in between the car and Mark Sanderson to protect him thinking he is in danger

The man in the car jumps out and asks if they are Jehovah's Witnesses, tells them he studied with Jehovah's Witnesses and asks them,'' Is that the man from JW Broadcasting?''

The man cannot believe it's ''rock star'' Mark Sanderson and donates money and promises he will attend the Regional Convention

All the gullible J-Dubs in the crowd laugh and eat up the fake experience.

More believable was (?) GB member who had a repeat call on a mafia don whoprovided a security hood for him in the dodgy neighborhoods.

I call 100% bullshit on this made up experience by fatso sanderson

But it is a very useful manipulation tool

Protect the governing body at all costs

If a man in a shady car can give a large donation so can you.

If you are tired and don’t feel like going out in service you should because we do

Anyone saying the gb don’t go out in service is a lying apostate

I know that the GB say that it's okay to lie, but surely this is pushing the envelope beyond the limits of sanity! Do PIMIs really buy these outright porky pies?

Now I'm waiting for the story of the GB member crossing a crocodile infested river, while being protected by his African brothers. 🙄

The only amazing thing that could happen to this fat fuck is pass a donut shop without picking up a 12 pack.

It's never a popr person. They worship rich people.

Actually it was a pimp offering services.

I agree with Road to nowhere. That was Enrique the local Don who provided security (or more likely forced "protection" for a fee. The donation went the other way lol)

Notice the none too subtle way in which it is implied that R&F should sacrifice themselves to protect the GB. In light of the September (2024) WT article about being doers of the word, where that means supporting Jesus' brothers (the GB), I find this interesting.

In mainstream Christianity, doing things for the least of Jesus' brethren means giving meals to grieving fellow Christians, or visiting them in hospital, etc, etc. In the scripture twisted bizarro world of the WT, it means jumping between a possible mob hitman and a member of the GB*.

Is it just me, or is there just a smidgeon** of arrogance about the GB?

    * Privilege has its perks.

** Two possible ways of spelling this.

Man in story: 'Is that The Man from JW Broadcasting?'

Stephen Lett: 'Am I a joke to you?'

Mark Sanderson generously thought up this whole scenario so that his captive audience realises just how modest, unassuming and humble he really is. 'The Man' indeed!
