    After Chat last nite,
I checked the mail, and she explained the situation.
I've exchanged several emails with her since,
and you tell her, she has a "LOCK" on winning her case,
and I told her, but also told her that if she was willing
to fight the Watchtower lawyers to the BITTER end,
    I'd help her...
but if she was gonna go for the 'easy money'
and accept an Out-Of-Kourt-Kult-$ettlement, and be "bought off"...
and take the dough and run, INSTEAD of exposing the sorry WTBastards
by taking the Public Record Transcript of the Trial
and posting it from here to Kingdom Come...
then I wasn't gonna waste my time.

    It would be too disappointing.

I've told her. You tell her.

A good Civil Litigator would JUMP to grab her case on a contingency basis, but she'd have to make it clear to him or her, that an out of court settlement is out of the question... up front.
She'd have to convince the attorney she's in it 'for the long haul'.

Yea, too bad it's not me in this case scenerio; I'd hang every damn last one of those sons of bitches. Money has nothing to do with it, if I were standing in these shoes.

sKally (nothing but a grand jury will do for me klass)

Usually, its better to lower expectations, than to raise them unrealistically.

Of course, there are lawyers who will take almost any case on contingency.

But in the final analysis, the liability will be placed at the door of the hospital employee and the deep pockets of the hospital and the multi-national religious corporation will be protected.
