COLOR QUIZ

Heres a great quiz or illusion which shows how the brain plays tricks on you. Scroll down the nine colors below and say the actual printed color of the word. DO NOT READ THE WORDS!! For example: If you see BLUE the color is green, not blue, because the word "BLUE" is printed green. See how fast you can go down the line without making a mistake!!! I found this as an exhibit at the LONG ISLAND CHILDREN'S MUSEUM and it blew my mind. I figured with a little html I could put it on the internet. Its OK to send this to all your friends.

GIve me 100% on this quiz. I suspect women will do better than men because women are trained early to describe colors as we see them.

I had absolutly no problem with it. My son had a horrible time. He kept trying to read the words instead of identify the colors. I think females definatly would have a much easier time.
