I think this just for the state of Indiana.

I am curious what any JWs would think about it when handed the SECC form at work. I doubt that any non-JWs would contribute. Are there talks being given at the service meeting in Santa Barbara and Indiana "encouraging" JWs to donate?

Buried deep on a list that most people won't ever see or hear about lurks the organization that silently sucks money from people that can least afford it. Typical. I'm glad that isn't my union.

You can say that again. Many families went without, while giving to the Watchtower. The Watchtower always (wants) more and more. Never satisfied,--take --take--take. True definition of (blood sucker). Especially true of those many thousands who have died refusing blood transfusions. And there is always the insulting practice of demanding a (victim) to pay the Watchtower legal fees.---Voyager

Check out the results. It goes to last years results and on page 27 you will see WTBTS LISTEDand they received one contribution for $26.00. It however doesn't say about any funds given (if any) through a generic giving. Mekes one wonder. Too bad it doesn't make the R&F wonder. Scam city express still operating I wonder if they have to show how much money they have given out in charity to get listed with the SECC. Buff

That is just SICK. As if they qualify as a charity. I don't care how little they received - just the fact that they are listed as a charity when they are rolling in $$ is just not right.

    Caligirl:

You are absolutely right. That is sick. They own more property than any religion I know of except maybe the Catholics. They own a grove. And who knows what else. Greed--pure greed. They don't qualify for anything but (false prophets,--and child abusers) in my book. Especially if they are going to (protect) them. To deny folks the right to call the police is just wrong. The jails would be full of Jehovah's Witness child abusers if the members were not affraid of being shunned--or disfellowshipped. Thanks CaliGirl--Voyager
