Great! I hope it helps you. I know I got a lot of good advice from that book. Later, when I had my daughter, I was unable to nurse her. I got another of Adelle's books (I think it was Let's Have Healthy Children) and followed her recipe for an enriched infant formula. The stuff smelled awful, but my daughter loved the stuff and she made it through infancy with excellent health.
