I was reading a positive thinking book by" Norman Vincent Peale "and the 2 illustrations were used .I guess to say even if life has dealt us a bad hand, Its best if possible to look at the optimistic and positive.
So Iam trying to see the positive not negative in the day.

I'm pretty sure you aren't really a jackass Shamus.
I got the feeling this and the other thread were like the glass half full or glass half empty thought. Life is how we look at it. If we focus on positive even if there is not many things to be positive about, we will still feel happier.
