Another Kingdom Hall sold off in Seattle. This kingdom hall has been around forever but it's in a very desirable location in Seattle by Green Lake so I'm sure there will be lots of $$. Lots of merging of halls here in the Puget Sound area.

That hall had to be worth a lot - I've priced condos downtown Seattle (love it -- or did until all these issues of crazy going on lately) and it's one beautiful cosmopolitan city. The WT must have enough money to pay off lawsuits for decades to come - lots of sales in past few years.
