Watts looks like a snow storm hit it. More than 5" of rain hit LA County yesterday. Hail was all over the place and the freeways had so much hail it looked like the cars were making snow tracks on the freeway. There have been some parts of LA county that flooded like you would not believe. Houses flooded over one foot. Some cars are a total loss. Thunder and lightening was causing the airport to shut down for a while. The lightening storm was beautiful.
Looking up at the mountains, they are snow covered. The areas that burned, Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear have snow and there was skiing last weekend at Mountain High.
Wonder when earthquake season will be here?

I saw the news and the cars and a bus standed in the deep water.. and then the white stuff on the ground in higher ground areas. I thought wow... who would have thought LA could be white on the streets!
