Amos 3:7 - Who is the prophet?

Who today claims to be God's prophets? If the governing body of jehovah's witnesses deny this, or state before onlookers that it would be presumptuous to believe they are the only prophets or only spokesperson that god is using - such as Geoffrey Jackson's statement at the ARC (when taken in the context of the question) - then who does the scriptural statement default to?

    Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses:

For the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will not do a thing unless he has revealed his confidential matter to his servants the prophets.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints:

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Who are the prophets of Amos 3:7?

legal speak is different from religious speak. religious speak exceeds legal definition. Can you imagine if we lived our lives by legal speak - we would simply destroy one another

Here is a scenario: If the Watchtower and jehovah's witnesses appeared before a human rights tribunal or court, that has authority to hear religious claims, against me "jwleaks" because they said I was apostate? Who would the apostate be?

    Legal speak?

    Religious speak?

What if during the trial the Watchtower and jehovah's witnesses declared under oath, after swearing on the bible, that they do not consider "jwleaks" to be an apostate? What if at the same time I maintained they are the apostates and they did not argue the claim, legally or religiously? Who then would the apostate be?

...it would be presumptuous to believe they are the only prophets or only spokesperson that god is using...

Ans your point is... they claim to be the one and only organization that worships the one and only true god, in the one and only true way. Why isn't that presumptuous enough?
