If my faded memory is correct, Tom Cheiky was an Overseer at 117 Adams St. Bldg 1 Floor 3 or 4 back in the 70's. I don't ever recall talking with him, but my buddy did, both of us were waking up together, he asked him about all the crazy stuff we printed over the years. Tom's reply was, 'Sometimes, they just went overboard on their teachings.'

That was a few years before Ray Frantz was booted. Back in those days, one still had freedom of speech. As long as you worked, one could say almost anything and not get asked to leave.
