More KH dreams.

  I keep dreaming about being at the KH. Last night I dreamt I was there and two "worldly" people came in to do some shady business transaction with each other. They were looking for a third person whom they were supposed to meet there, and wouldn't leave until this person showed up. Finally they left and as soon as they were out the door, my father locked the KH door.

  I didn't dream about the KH for the longest time, five or six years. Now I dream about it on a weekly basis. Arrrggh. I've been having wierd dreams since I got pregnant anyway but why so many KH dreams???

  It's not unusual to have such dreams. I've been out of the organization for over 20 years and I still dream that I'm attending meetings or going to assemblies. However, the change now is that I'm trying to convince those in attendance that it is not "the truth."

  I'm sure that the memories of these things are so embedded in our minds that this is one way we cope. From all I've read, dreams are very healthy and are a sort of "release" from any tensions we may be harboring. So....dream on....haha

  i've been freed from the Tower for over a decade, but sometimes I still have an occasional JW dream about being judged about whatever I am doing now. Amazing how after I've rejected them in my conscious mind, they still remain authority figures in my unconscious. :( Leolaia

  wow.. I dont think I have ever dreamed about being at the KH.. or any committee meetings. I do have dreams now and then about people who have been friends while a JW but that is all..

  The odd thing about my dreams as that they're all featuring me *now*, KWIM? Instead of as an 18-year-old, the age I was when I left, I'm Starfish the 28-year-old who's been gone for 10 years and is catching up with some of the old folks from the congregation; and apologize to my friend M to whom I never said goodbye. They always end in reconciliation, at least on the level of friendship, with M. Last dream we just stood there hugging each other for what seemed like hours. Oy vey. Enough already.

  The only KH dream I have is that Im naked in the hall and some fat black sisters are laughing and pointing at my small member! Oh yeah, I have on some florsheim wing tips with party socks on only.
