When I woke up I got my critical thinking I lost it when I was five and now I have it at thirteen oh and how I missed it.

Something I noticed is how with the hurricanes hitting yes do say "oh u feel bad for the people there".But I hear is "We know this is just a sign of the end. When I'm over thinking I wish I could help But NOPE it's just a sign of the end

A hurricane is just a sign that a hurricane formed ... like they do pretty much every year.

Maybe pause and consider what you're wanting to say / ask before committing it to words. Otherwise it's easy for things to come across as a jumble of thoughts that I'm sure is difficult for many to figure out, let alone respond to in any meaningful way.

Akid48, I think I understand what u mean. You expected the first priority for the wt is to help the hurricane victims. But what you hear them saying at the kh is that it is the sign of the end. They are not eager to help.

When I donated to the salvation army to help the phillippines typhoon victims, I was counselled. They said I have donated to babylon the great...I should be no part of the world..let the dead bury the dead.....

In truthful actuality hurricanes have been occurring on this planet for millions of year, as earthquakes and other natural violent disturbances, but when your involved in religion you seldom hear or embrace " The Truth "

Ancient mythology is never synonymous with reality.

Whenever there was a disaster of some sort, the jobos used to say, 'I hope our brothers are safe.'

What a horrible view to have.

    Vive la critical thinking.

Correct. A lot of humans seem to think this world belongs to them, when in fact we're just one of millions of species that are living on it for a time. Eventually humans wont exist and the world will still be here and there will still be earthquakes, hurricanes and tidal waves. From natures standpoint it's neither "good" nor "bad". Nature is cruel. Nature is beautiful. And Nature doesn't care.
