Spring Grove Congregation is NOT in Philadelphia, it's 2 hours west of Philly in southern York County. It's in the same county as Red Lion and Yorkana Congregations, which were also filled with Pedo activity as documented in the Oxygen series and the Philadelphia Inquirer articles with Martin Haugh.
