Of course the Court should decide that the boy gets treatment to save his life. He is young, and may well come to reject the crazy, unscriptural JW Blood Doctrine.
In my opinion any JW who accepts the Blood Doctrine is delusional, and therefore not qualified to make such a decision. The Court has only to consider the Legal position, not the Ethical stance of medics in the U.K, who at present will allow even the deranged to kill themselves in certain circumstances.
I hope they come to the same decision as the Court mentioned in the Novel and Film, based on a true story.

Also his Dad is dead and mother not around, so I hope the Court helps him.
