Well from what I see and hear -- the GB and senior staff are allowed to talk to them and do not write as much bad stuff about them in the WT/Awake --but it has certainly not got through to the average dub (even elders) because they still badmouth them (the UN) in talks from the platform and comments at bookstudies and question and answer meetings.
