Here's another story of Christian persecution where the subjects are NOT JWs. They even have the old trope of being forced to sign a paper renouncing their faith! Might be good to point out to JWs who think they're so special and targeted by Satan.

My partner’s friends are doing “translation” work in China which is just a front for spreading their Christian beliefs. They have to be super careful lest the local authorities discover their cover. They’ve worked in China for years and when we met up with them several months ago, they claimed never to have heard directly of JWs in China - but by their account, there’s a growing underground “church”.
