    Schizophreniform

Like schizophrenia, schizophreniform disorder is a type of "psychosis" in which a person cannot tell what is real from what is imagined. It also affects how people think, act, express emotions, and relate to others.

Jehovah's Witnesses "imagine" they are at a convention, yet they are not.

Jehovah's Witnesses "imagine" they are at a Kingdom Hall when they are really in their living rooms.

Jehovah's Witnesses "imagine" they are preaching when they are only writing letters to report service time.

Jehovah's Witnesses "imagine" they are in a spiritual paradise, yet their leaders are not spirit directed.

Jehovah's Witnesses "imagine" they will live in a Paradise.

And they get all of these psychotic imaginations right from the table of the governing body, who "imagine" they are the faithful and discreet slave.

When a person "imagines" something is real when it is not, well Houston, we have a problem!

Compliance with a set of delusional religious beliefs and practices should not be so quickly conflated with a specific psychiatric diagnosis.

(And no, I didn't downvote the post.)

That would also include all the religious beliefs from all the religions around the world.
