eeeeeeeekkkkkk i just caught my roomie eisenstein looking at a watchtower. She got it from a witness on the street. I said whhhhaat are you doing with that? She was embarrased and said i am throwing it out. Methinks she is going back.
She needs help!!!!!!!!!
Sometimes I would flip through my mothers copies...it doesnt mean she is going back...she could just be curious about what they are still saying....deep breaths..deep breaths...
She should not feel embarrased..and please don't make her. Just ask her why, if it is just curiousity, or if there really is something going on that is drawing her back. I don;t think it is the best religion to be in either, but if you get all freaking on her you will just push her away.
I don't think you should have thrown it out, you should have looked up the study article and printed out Blondies watchtower review for that week. It would show her what their really like.

I was actually reading the January 1st, 2004 article, I had read the main article on peace while I was on the train earlier this week, and last night I was just cleaning out my purse and decided to see what the main study article was, when I remembered that this is that once a year article that boasts all the hours everybody spent and how many of the GREAT CROWD there actually are!!!
But I didn't get very far because I came to a paragraph about how important prayer is and it had a picture of a subserviant wife knealing a head below her husband, I guess while he was saying a prayer that God hears.
Yeah...I guess I was embarrassed,that I could even contemplate that for one minute they might print something that I didn't have to read between the lines to believe.
And Gadget...I did read Blondies take on the article about the woman's place in God's organization...she's (he's) right, they do this type of article one to two times a year. Great commentary by Blondie...Yeah!!!
