You appear to be linking to a scanned document on your local hard drive.
Do you have server space with your ISP where you could upload it and then link to it?

You have to upload the file first, it doesn't work if you link to it off your C drive. Click the files button next to the profile link in the top where your logoff button and inbox are to upload files.
