Maybe this man (Sir Isaac Newton), has more credibility than Fred Franz in picking a date for Armageddon ?

Interestingly, Newton(brilliant mathematician, everyone must know him) was very interested in the bible and revelation .

What Newton tried to do was determine a particular timescale for the apocalypse. For him, this wording suggested a period of 1,260 days (a number seemingly used elsewhere in the Bible), which he adapted to mean 1,260 years for his purposes. With that decided, he had another pressing question to answer: The world would end 1,260 years from when?

Newton wrote (per Ancient Code) that A.D. 800 (the year Charlemagne created the Holy Roman Empire) would be a perfect year to begin counting from. Using 1,260 years gives us an end date of, yes, 2060.

So now we know! Interested to hear your thoughts.

I'll be 112 so will probably not see it.

AND. A day for a year and 1260 days came directly from jehovah throughthe GB so nobody else could know of it. OR there is plagiarism afoot.

Ussher's proposed date of 4004 BC differed little from other Biblically based estimates, such as those of Jose ben HalaftaOffsite Link (3761 BC), Bede (3952 BC), Ussher's near-contemporary ScaligerOffsite Link (3949 BC), Johannes Kepler (3992 BC) or Sir Isaac Newton (c. 4000 BC).

Keppler was disfellowshipped for his bible checking, Newton kept mum about some of his bible research to avoid that fate, which was often fatal.

P.S. A Wt speaker put the limit to 2075, giving us 15 more years than the genius.

Newton was a exceptional scientist, a brilliant mind....however he had a dark hobby about biblical things, specially apocalyptic stuff, wonder if he wrote a book about it?

Newton only concluded that the end would not come before 2060 and that it might be later yet. He wrote (Yahuda MS 7.3g, f. 13):

I mention this period [he continued] not to assert it, but only to shew that there is little reason to expect it earlier, & thereby to put a stop to the rash conjectures of Interpreters who are frequently assigning the time of the end, & thereby bringing the sacred Prophecies into discredit as often as their conjectures do not come to pass. It is not for us to know the times & seasons which God has put in his own breast.

The biggest mistake Sir Isaac Newton made was beleiving in the Bible as truth of GODS word.

So don`t hold your breath about 2060 or any other date that anybody comes up with.

Did Sir Isaac Newton consult with Jehovah, and the Governing Body? If he didn’t, that’s just apostate lies.
