    from Taco Bell

I became SO addicted to them !!
cheesy bean & rice burrito without meat or fiesta sauce ( to eliminate the onions )

    But then they went away
    And I was sooo sad
    and broken hearted

Today, I came up with an idea for lunch

And now I have been reunited with my love

NO ! Not that kinda love . This kinda love

If you share my craving, I'll share my solution

    Order a bean burrito
minus onion ( unless insanity has driven you to eat onions )
    minus red sauce
    plus nacho cheese sause
    plus rice
    plus jalapeno sauce

    My receipt said this

    1 BEAN .89
    +
    NCHZ .50
    +
    RICE .25
    +
    CJSC .10
    -
    ON .00
    -
    RED .00

    SUBTOTAL 1.74

For a dollar seventy-four, my love has returned

Who will join me for a celebration ?

    For supper
I'm planning on getting 2 beautiful burritos
a huge handful of Kraft Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Nips
and a gallon bucket of my frozen Seabreeze

Life just doesn't get any better !

I never did get around to trying that. But it does give me an idea. I once made the Hamburger Helper Cheesy Enchilada. Rice spiced up nicely and of course the hamburger. But now I'm thinking of attempting to make something myself, cheesy rice and beans. Maybe a little less fattening?

Yeah, those bean and rice burritos were great because they were vegatarian. You could also make them vegan friendly by getting rid of the cheese and adding lettuce and tomato. Alas, I guess it's back to the mad cow burgers.

Valis, that sounds great! Neil makes those from time to time for breakfast. He also makes great Mediterranean Tacos. Soft corn tortillas with taco meat, raw red onions, feta cheese, fresh jalapenos, and tomatoes. Yum!

Hey BG! Good to see you as always. The Mediterranean idea sounds good...also...god! This one is simple....chile relleno w/a gob of mozzarella inside a corn taco....food of the gods I tell you!

JT...you are right...there is nothing like being on the Yucatan, somewhere on the beach, eating baracuda ceviche' tacos w/a cold beer...god bless Mexico!
