If you are using the free Acrobat READER program, there is no way to do it easily. The FULL Acrobat program offers a utility to export pages as graphic files.
One way around this limitation would be to use a screen capture utility. This can be done in Windows without special software. Use your windows HELP for instructions.

Hello Bostero !
Very simple.
On the top of your "Acrobat Reader" screen, you see a lot of icons.
Among them, there is one with the letter T. If your click on this icon, you can select a text with your mouse.
After selecting, you copy the text highlighted (with the right button of the mouse / copy) and then you paste it (with the right button of the mouse / paste) in the wordprocessing of your choice.
If the text selected is too long, copy and paste it in two or three parts.

My mouth is hanging open. I never knew you could do that. I just tested it and it works. Thank you

Y0u should note that that "Selecting Text" tool in Acrobat does not work if:
1) The text was scanned in as a graphic image without having been OCR-converted to "text". (In other words, if you have pictures of letters that the comuter sees as pics, not ASCII text.)
2) If the creator of the PDF file saved it with password-protected security, and deselcted "Select Text". This is common with people who do not want their document modified or cut-and-pasted in any way...

If you have Photoshop, you can open PDF's and save them as various files, including using "Save for web" and selecting "JPEG" and creating a jpeg image.
