I have become an expert on the head on beer subject........as I am a part time bartender.....all we serve is low alcohol content. ( I worded that sentence just right btw,,,,, I could have really had fun with that one..........)
A friend I met at the bar,,,,,,,,local bullrider, bullshiter, goofy kid, my partner in crime ( playing pool) was my test guinea pig while I was learning to get it just right. Needless to say he was very happy , and quite giddy because I missed up alot. So he enjoyed the free beer as my tester.
Ya got to pop the tap, and hold that glass ever so slanty and then turn it straight as it fills up.
