I never knew this about Lou Whitaker. What I do remember is him being a fantastic second baseman. IMO if Tinkers, Ever and Chance are in the Hall of Fame, so should be Trammell, Whitaker and Parrish!
Of course this will never happen, just like all those prophecies Sweet Lou believes in.
