    Apastasy:

    1 : renunciation of a religious faith
    2 : abandonment of a previous loyalty

How many JWs do you know who left another religion to become a JW? By definition that makes THEM apostates! I have a question for those of you who still attend meetings... I wonder what would happen if you started to joke around with JWs at the hall about how THEY are apostates because they left another religion?

Example: When you see them walk in the wall say, "Hey! There's that apostate!!!" Or when they join a group conversation say, "Look out! This guy is an apostate!!!"

When I was having discussions about the jws with my ex, she called me an apostate, so I asked her what an apostate was, and she said someone who trys to take someone away from their religion. I asked her what she was doing when she went from door to door, did that make her an apostate? She didn't have an answer for me.

Long before I began to distrust the Org, I use to refute the speech and reasoning of my exwife, an angry maniac fanatic, a woman who was otherwise normal until I encouraged her to start studying . . . my bad.

When I would challenge her screwed up way of thinking with sound reasoning- common sense stuff, she would call me an apostate. Ha, ha, wait til she hears what I have to say now! She will freak.

I'd say, "Hey! There's that blind apostate!!!"
