A question I've always wanted to know.....
...about the scene in the movie where the kids are dancing to "Shotgun" by Jr. Walker and the All-Stars. They formed 2 lines--one on either side--and did these neat dance steps facing each other.
Did this dance have a name? Did anyone here remember doing it? It's just about the coolest thing I've ever seen. I'm always interested in dances from past decades.

It WAS a cool dance... a little before my time, but as a kid I remember seeing the teenagers doing it. It was Ryan Francois who performed in and choreographed for the movie MALCOM X and created the JITTERBUG STROLL line dance .
