"Os tracism, rejection, social exclusion, bullying, the silent treatment - their power to undermine our confidence and wellbeing is enormous, but rarely discussed openly. Over two weeks, Natasha Mitchell speaks to the leading international researchers spearheading research into the psychology of this nasty phenomena. Surprising insights into aggression, the vicious cycle of loneliness, the impact on cognition, health and much more."

that was very interesting. I especially enjoyed the part 2 . They said that people can form parasocial relationships with say, houseplants and i suppose animals, and characters on TV. She pointed out it is one thing to have a fav show, but to say something like"I feel comforted by the sound of xxx voices on (your fav tv show) is putting that into a socail relationship. And she said that may be why so many people can live alone now, b/c we do have TV and now the net and can form these parasocial relationships.

    very interesting stuff.

Really interesting A-Paduan. These are the types of articles and news stories that I wish my old still-dub friends would read and realize the hurt they cause even family. Hey Maybe you should send this to the Russians because their main claim is that WTS breaks up families.
