After reading Amazin1914's posts about the Watchtower monitoring forums and posts by ex JW's, does anyone know if this behavior falls under the cyberstalking laws??? Could ex JW's get together and file a class action suit against the Watchtower for cyberstalking?

How would you prove it?
Are there documented cases where our participation here, ALONE, and discovered, has resulted in defamation of character, yada, yada, yada?
No chance at all. This is not a private board. We hold audience to the entire networked world, here.
A simple buyer-beware warning should be good enough. Record thoughts that won't make your Maiden Aunt Velma blush.

I don't think simply observing could be considered stalking... otherwise any xjw who went to the watchtower.org site to gather information could also be charged.
If you don't want the public to read private info about you on the internet... then don't post it on a public forum.

Amazing1914 said in his post on another forum that the Watchtower lawyers knew what he posted on what forums. How? If a person uses different forums and names how would they know that? What you post is public knowlegde. Who you are is NOT!!! Unless you post personal info about yourself- which I believe is dumb in this day and age.
