For anyone who has listened to me rant about this, there was a little bit of good news today. My sister got a LT. with the Hwy. patrol to sit down and listen to her today and he agreed that she had some very good questions about how my neohew's case was handled and has agreed to look into some things. Hopefully, he will agree with her suspicions and get the case re-opened. Please everyone, keep your fingers crossed.
