Well, Badger, based on the fact that the anointed are considered Christ's representatives on earth, the only channel to God, you might say that. But Zerubbabel is taught by the WTS to be have prefigured Christ in his kingly role. So far the WTS has not started teaching that the anointed on earth are now reigning as kings on earth.
