Her quesitons are very concise, non-partisan, yet the commission cant seem to answer them.
Basically, the commission wants to pin the blame on NYPD and NYFD. Not fair!
Soledad, thank you for posting the link. I couldn't find Mindy Kleinberg with a quick scan, so I'm going to try to read the whole thing (!) and come back to comment on this thread.
I was listening to one of the members investigating that and he illustrated how slow and difficult it was getting responses, that they had to go through so many levels of secrecy and bureauracy.
Hmmmm...where have I seen that tactic before?

Ms. Klienberg's comments were spot-on. She wants accountability to be placed on those who are responsible for national security, and has laid out the details of what happened, minute by minute.
What I found scary was Ms. Vadhan's testimony (bold mine):
As long as we allow groups to be protected from racial profiling, how can we win this new war?
